The "Crescia" (type of flat bread)

One of the typical street food in the Marche region is the delicious crescia, halfway between a pizza and a piadina, which is cooked on the grill and then stuffed with cold cuts and mixed herbs. The combination with ciauscolo (salami) and pecorino (sheep) cheese from the Marche region is excellent.
