Numana is at 43°30'40 " of Latitude North and at 13°37'17 " of Longitude East and it spreads out on a 10,74 square kilometres surface.
We are more or less to approximately 10 Km far from Ancona (chief town of the Marche), in direction south, in the heart of the Conero.
The level Adriatic coast is broken in two halves from Mount Conero, after which our coast is named (Conero Coast), creating a unique combination of mountain and sea. 572 meters of Mediterranean maquis that drop directly to splendid shores so creating a wonderful atmosphere, ideal for the ones who love dip themselves into the nature. Mount Conero, beyond giving breathtaking panoramas and marvellous views, thanks to its conformity and geographic position, offers us also a pure nature. The park was founded in 1987 and today it’s a unique naturalistic protected area and it comprises flora and fauna species like strawberry-trees, brooms, holm-oaks, several pine-trees… and many bird species.

Numana, among the places of the Conero Coast, is particularly lucky because beyond benefiting of the presence of such an evocative coastline, it can also boast wide beaches with fine sand that can easy and comfortably be reached by everybody.
