Roughly chop some cloves of garlic, a clump of parsley and some sprigs of rosemary. Add breadcrumbs, salt and pepper; then mix all. Set your charcoal grill. Add extra-virgin olive oil to your anchovies and accurately mix. When the charcoal is well lit, put the anchovies on the grill. Set them one close to the other. Cook over a high heat for a very little time. Serve immediately.
If you don’t want to use a charcoal grill, anchovies can be cooked in non-stick thick bottom pans. Pans have to be preheated before to put anchovies into them and don’t need to be oiled.
