Before to arrive at Mezzavalle (going towards the north) you find the most beautiful and famous bay of the Riviera del Conero.
The green maquis of the mount is in contrast with the white stones of the beach. There are both free or equipped beaches with sea fish restaurants where you can enjoy a great view over the sea.

Features: gravel, pebbles, rocks.

How to get there: by car, along the “Strada Provinciale del Conero”, towards Portonovo. Then take the street going down the side of the mount. There are few car parks. If traffic is blocked, it’s possible to take a bus from the parking on the top.

Mezzavalle is a long stretch of white beach, characterized in the northern part by a particular rock called “il trave”.
The effort to reach this free beach is justified when going down the path you enjoy a wonderful view. The beach is equipped with showers, toilets and a small restaurant.

How to get there: by car, driving along “Strada Provinciale del Conero”. If you come from Numana, you have to park just after the crossroad for Portonovo. Then you have to continue on foot along a steep path up to the sea. 45 minutes round-trip.
