Beach volley is a new sport more and more appreciated by young people.

The Conero promontory represents a perfect stop for the migratory flow of many species of birds between the Triestine “carso” and the Gargano, along the north-west / south-east direction. Many species can be carefully identified among them, such as wonderful peregrine falcons (it represents a real proud for the Park), white storks, grey herons, lodolai ...

“Società cooperativa numanese” is based at the Numana marina. Here you can hire pleasure boats made up of fibreglass. Boats are 6 m. long, are equipped with an outboard engine and don’t require driving licence.

It has recently been recognized as an Olympic sport but in Numana it enjoys an old tradition. Here the association “La Fenice” periodically organizes Winter and Summer tournaments for all its followers.

Diving in the seabed of the Conero means coming into contact with the submerged roots of this land. The floor is from 4 to 18 metres deep. Sea basses, sea breams, "sarago" (a sort of white sea breams), lobsters, cuttlefish, squids and many other species living in this wonderful environment swim in a number of shallows where you can find very big rocks.
