"Bollino blu", a seal of approval

We carried out a classification even for tourist houses and apartments. It means that these types of accommodation include more services and features than those required by regional law. The classification is very similar to that carried out for hotels by using stars: more services mean more stars for hotels; more services mean more “bollini blu” (blue seals of approval). It is important to underline that the memorandum of understanding was signed not only by the Association of Estate Agents but also by the Ancona ADICONSUM. The signature of an association that defend consumers represents a reliable guarantee for product quality. This type of certification is a unique one.
